| FAQ General What are your operating hours? Our Admissions office is open: Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 9.30pm Saturdays from 11.30am to 6pm We are closed on Sunday and Selected Public Holidays. Will there be any make-up class if I miss my class, eg, due to illness? Yes, you are allowed to register for make-up classes should you miss any classes due to illness. Students are required to submit a medical certificate should their absence be due to medical grounds; or an official letter attention to the course administrator should their absence be due to special emergency circumstances. Final decision for make-up classes would be at the discretion of the course administrator, the school reserves the right to refuse make-up class applications due to unreasonable circumstances. Student leave should be applied at least seven (7) business days in advance. Please refer to our school’s notice board for the procedure for make-up class application.
